For more than 100 years the YMCA has been the place Americans have gone to find the most trusted instructors of swimming and lifeguard training, so much so that the YMCA has been called "America's Favorite Swim Instructor."  The YMCA's unique progressive swim lesson system includes various instructional levels including: 

Parent-child Water Lessons
Preschool-Age Lessons (ages 3-5)
Traditional School Age Lessons (ages 6 & up)
Private/Semi-Private Lessons


Sessions of swim lessons are offered continuously throughout the year.  Dates and times for the upcoming classes can be found below.
