The YMCA offers a variety of Water Fitness Classes to our members as a membership benefit. Water fitness is an ideal form of exercise for all ages and utilizes the bouyant qualities of water to increases physical strength and endurance without putting stress and strain on joints. There is no need to register ahead of time. Just show up ready for a great workout! |
