Did you know that working out with a friend increases your motivation and dedication to your exercise regimine?  It's true!  That is why we are encouraging you to Refer a friend to Join YMCA!

When:  Any time! 
How:  Print the referral card below and encourage a friend to join the YMCA.        

If your friend becomes a member of the Carlisle Family YMCA:  

  •  You receive an entry into a Quarterly Drawing* for a $50 Visa Check Card
  • One month of membership FREE! (Upon completion of their 6th month of membership)

The more friends you referr the more chances you have to win the $50 and if they all stay members for 6 months, the more months you get for free!
