Q: When will construction of Phase 1 be complete?

It will be completed in early November.

  • Land fitness and cycling classes will temporarily move into the current fitness center, which will become two spaces for the duration of Phase 2. Three new studios are being built in Phase 2 for these programs.
  • The former school building will be demolished to make room for Phase 2.

Q: Will there be more parking?

Yes, more parking spaces have been added on the south of the building. A large parking lot will be added on the north side of the building during Phase 2.
