Focus will be spent on teaching the parts of a class for a balanced and total body program. Get ready to move and learn a variety of basic movements and working positions to provide an excellent shallow water workout.

  • Date: Saturday, February 20 from 10am-6pm
  • Cost: $219 (add $20 after Feb 10)
DEEP H2O CLASS ONLY

In order to effectively work in deep water, each person must learn and maintain good balance skills to anchor the core muscles against buoyancy. Deep water offers a wide choice of programs without impact. For specialized populations and conditions, such as arthritis, back problems or post rehabilitation programming, the deep offers a cushioning effect for the joints and sore areas. For the athlete, strength training in this multi-resistance environment offers tremendous challenge, especially if the athlete is involved with a high impact sport. This session will utilize equipment such as deep water buoyancy belts, pool noodles and mitts to create a purposeful program.

  • Date: Sunday, February 21 from 10am-6pm
