TRX®

Born in the Navy SEALs, TRX® Suspension Training develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. Whether beginning a fitness journey or pushing toward your summit, TRX Training helps you move better, feel better and live better.

TRX® SUSPENSION TRAINING

TRX® Suspension Training exercises build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility and prevent injuries, all at the intensity you choose with this program. Whether you are working your upper or lower body, every exercise engages your core. A strong core helps prevent injuries and can minimize lower back pain. TRX® Suspension Training classes incorporate timed work/rest intervals, rep-based routines and a variety of other class formats. Modifications are always available, making this class available to all fitness levels from the beginner through advanced.

Ages: 13 years old and up (limited to 6)

TRX® BOOT CAMP

TRX® Boot Camp is a heart-pounding hybrid of TRX® Suspension Training and functional and bodyweight training to build total body strength, increase flexibility and challenge your core, all in just 45 minutes (includes brief warm-up and cool down). Modifications are always available, making this class available to all fitness levels from the beginner through advanced.
