Virtual Classes on Zoom
We are excited to offer virtual classes and workouts on Zoom with some of our amazing Carlisle Family YMCA instructors and trainers!
PLEASE NOTE: EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 7, VIRTUAL CLASSES WILL BE FOR CARLISLE FAMILY YMCA MEMBERS ONLY. YOU MUST PRE-REGISTER AND THE INSTRUCTOR WILL EMAIL YOU THE LINK TO JOIN THE CLASS. REGISTRATION CLOSES 2 HOURS BEFORE THE START OF CLASS. THIS IS THE FINAL WEEK WE WILL POST LINKS HERE AND ON OUR FACEBOOK PAGE.
Please join the class at least 5 minutes prior to the start time to be admitted by the instructor before class starts. If you sign in right after the start of class, be patient. Instructors will admit people after the warm-up and then lock classes 5 minutes into class to prevent “Zoombombing.”
