ADVANCED WATER POLO CLINIC
This higher-end clinic is for water polo athletes in grades 6-12 with at least 1 season of experience. This clinic is led by several NCAA coaches. See the list below.
Schedule
- 9:30-10am – Check in
- 10am-12pm – Session 1
- 12-12:30pm – Lunch
- 12:30-2:30pm – Session 2
- 2:30-2:45pm – Break
- 2:45-4:15pm – Session 3
All participants should bring a packed lunch, snacks, water, swim suit and towel.

ADVANCED CLINIC COACHES
Ivan Zivojinovic
Ivan Zivojinovic is the Interim Head Coach for Mount St. Mary's University Men's & Women's Water Polo teams. He served as an Assistant Coach for Mount St. Mary's for one season after a standout career D1 player at Salem University. Prior to attending college, he played professional water polo for VK Partizan and VK Stari Grad in Serbia. With years of competitive experience at the highest level, Ivan brings a deep understanding of the game, strong tactical insight and a relentless commitment to excellence.
Ioannis Skliras
Ioannis Skliras currently plays NCAA D1 for Mount St. Mary’s University. His freshman year stats are 63 goals, 34 assists, 24 steals, 43 ejections drawn. He is the all-time school record holder for the most goals scored in a game with 10. Before coming to the U.S., Ioannis played for Panathinaikos in Greece for 13 years and has been part of Greece National Team Camps from 2020-present.
Ognjen Čerkez
Our goalie coach for this clinic is Ognjen Čerkez, current Assistant / Goalkeepers Coach for Mount St. Mary's Men’s and Women’s Water Polo Teams. Ognjen played in college for Westcliff University, Cypress College and Ottawa University Arizona where he was the starting goalie. He won the 2023 NAIA Championship, was runner-up in 2024 and was named to the 2024 All NAIA Team with OUAZ.
