Y News: Mission: Possible Challenge Final Update
Thank you to all Mission: Possible Challenge participants! Collectively 27 people moved our bodies for 379 hours and 28 minutes from March 3-31. If we started walking in Carlisle and walked as the crow flies, we could reach Houston, TX in that time! And collectively we raised $845 for our 2026 Annual Campaign.
Congratulations to our top 5 movers:
- Scott Baldwin – 45 hours, 5 minutes
- Melodie Dailey – 44 hours, 30 minutes
- Marissa Mitchell – 38 hours, 59 minutes
- Ellie Stambaugh – 34 hours, 44 minutes
- James Wian – 34 hours, 29 minutes
And thank you to our top fundraisers:
- James Wian – $300
- Ellie Stambaugh – $170
- Lori Aux – $155
- Michelle Bell – $100
- Jay Cattron – $100
WHO DIFFUSED THEIR BOMB?
As part of our Mission: Possible Fitness Challenge, we had a wall display across from the front desk at the Y featuring “agent bombs” for each participant. Each bomb had 10 wires, and every 6 hours of exercise completed removed one wire. Agents also could remove wires for every donation secured.
Congratulations to Agent Lori Aux for diffusing her Mission: Possible bomb! Lori collected 5 donations and exercised over 30 hours to earn 5 cut wires. Great job!
Several other participants got close:
- Ellie Stambaugh – 8 wires cut (5 for time and 3 donations)
- Scott Baldwin – 7 wires cut for time
- Melodie Dailey – 7 wires cut for time
- Marissa Mitchell – 7 wires cut (6 for time and 1 donation)
- James Wian – 7 wires cut (5 for time and 2 donations)
- Michelle Bell – 7 wires cut (3 for time and 4 donations)
Thank you to everyone who participated! We’re going to build on this new format and make 2027’s challenge bigger and better! Stay tuned for your next mission!
