The Better Together Partnership is an affordable employee benefit designed to help organizations support and engage their workforce. Through the program, all employees receive access to YMCA360, the Y’s on-demand virtual platform featuring fitness classes, nutrition resources, programs for families and more, while employees who choose to join the Carlisle Family YMCA also receive a 20% membership discount.

Includes YMCA360 access for all local employees and a 20% Carlisle Family YMCA membership discount

Regional / National Workforce Access — $5,000 / year

Includes YMCA360 access for employees across multiple locations

Upgrade Available: Local Business Partners can extend YMCA360 access to their entire regional or national workforce for an additional $2,500 / year.

Guided Hiking: $60 / hour

Our Site Team Building (12 or less people): $80 / hour

Mountain Boarding (8 or less people): $80 / hour

Archery (8 or less people): $80 / hour

Sling Shots (8 or less people): $80 / hour

Canoeing (20 or less people): $180 / 2 hours

Stand-up Paddleboarding (10 or less people): $180 / 2 hours

Kayaking (10 or less people): $180 / 2 hours

Full Day Rental (12 hours for 30 or less people): $250

Alpine Tower (4 hours for 20 or less people): $400

Overnight Stay (24 hours for 30 people or 3 cabins): $400 (additional cabins $50 each)

Your Site Team Building (30 or less people): $100 / hour

DISC Assessment - 1 hour: $15 / person

DISC Assessment - 2 hours: $20 / person
