Visitor Policy
The Carlisle Family YMCA is committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment for all participants. All visitors are required to check in at the Welcome Center, where they must provide their name, date, time of entry, program they are visiting (e.g., swim lessons) and a signature. Visitors are identified with temporary signage at the welcome center or with stickers and are actively monitored by staff throughout their time in the facility.
Visitors are not permitted to use the facility amenities and may only observe or visit the specific program related to their purpose for being on-site, such as dropping off or picking up a participant or attending a swim meet. Access to unauthorized or restricted areas is strictly prohibited. Staff monitor visitor movement to ensure all individuals on site are accounted for and appropriately identified.
