LES MILLS SPRINT™
LES MILLS SPRINT™ is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast cardiovascular results. It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits. A high intensity, low impact workout, it's scientifically proven to return rapid results. The 30 minutes you put into a LES MILLS SPRINT™ workout drives your body to burn calories for hours. You combine bursts of intensity, where you work as hard as possible, with periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort. The payoff? You smash your fitness goals, fast.
LES MILLS SHAPES™
LES MILLS SHAPES™ is a dynamic 45-minute, low-impact workout that blends Pilates, barre and power yoga to sculpt and strengthen your entire body. This “work hard, play hard” class is designed to bring the burn while keeping things fun and uplifting. With energizing music and the freedom to move at your own level, SHAPES is the perfect mix of challenge and enjoyment.
LES MILLS BODYPUMP™
LES MILLS BODYPUMP™ is the original weight training class that builds strength, tones your body, pushes you to the limit and provides the education to perform weightlifting exercises correctly. This workout targets all your major muscle groups, shapes and tones those muscle groups and will help to improve general fitness and well-being. Burn up to 560 calories per class.
LES MILLS BODYCOMBAT™
LES MILLS BODYCOMBAT™ is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by mixed martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai.
LES MILLS GRIT™ STRENGTH
GRIT™ Strength is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. LES MILLS GRIT™ Strength takes cutting-edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.
LES MILLS GRIT™ CARDIO
LES MILLS GRIT ™ Cardio is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed and maximizes calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast.
LES MILLS CORE™
LES MILLS CORE™ is a 360-degree core-focused training class, utilizing integrated and isolated movements for scientifically proven results. It is great for anyone who wants to functionally strengthen the muscles of the core and is appropriate for all levels of fitness. This class utilizes moves from a standing position as well as moves on the floor. Multiple movement options will be coached.
LES MILLS STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT™
LES MILLS STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT™ is progressive strength training, meaning each workout focuses on a specific training protocol for building strength over the 12 workouts. This ranges from Foundational Strength, to Hypertrophy, to Pure Strength, while the structure and feel is very different to LES MILLS BODYPUMP™. The music is there to provide great workout tracks without moving to the beat. Instead, LES MILLS STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT™ uses Time Under Tension, as well as rep-ranges depending on the prescribed protocol of the workout.
LES MILLS BODYBALANCE™
Ideal for anyone and everyone, LES MILLS BODYBALANCE™ is a new generation yoga class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. You can expect to bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves, elements of Tai Chi and Pilates while an inspiring soundtrack plays in the background. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started.
