Child Care Center Volunteers

The Carlisle Family YMCA is looking for volunteers for our Child Care Center. Volunteers can choose any two days of the week, from 8-10am and/or 3-5pm. Volunteers will assist the classroom teachers and will help children complete arts and crafts projects, read stories, interact with children during free play, help monitor children and interact on the playground, assist children with washing their hands, cleaning up, etc., and more. This opportunity is a great resume builder and will help build experience hours working with children. Volunteers must be at least 16 years of age. Volunteers must have FBI Fingerprint clearance, Child Abuse clearance and State Police clearance, as well as a completed health assessment and TB test.
