Y News: 15-Minute Workout by Linda Henninger

Good day wellness warriors! Here’s a High Intensity Work Out that will wage war on your corona weariness!

Just take 15 minutes, and you will go from weary to warrior guaranteed.

You work hard 45 seconds and recover for 15 seconds.

  • Squat thrust – press weights overhead
  • Woodchopper – first set right to left, second set left to right
  • Forearm plank
  • Burpee
  • Forearm side plank – first set on the left, second set on the right
  • Superman
  • Triceps push up

One minute recovery and then repeat. For you wild warriors do a third set.

It would be great to add a BOSU and hand weights if you have them. I know you early morning maniacs are missing the Dynamic Duo and our BOSU time!
