Attention EGYM Fitness App users!

EGYM is offering our members a free upgrade to the new version of the EGYM Fitness App. You have 30 days to switch to the new app – automatically taking all your training data and successes with you. After these 30 days, the previous app will be discontinued.

What does the new fitness app offer?

• All of the popular features with an improved, fresh design
• Optimized usability
• Now with even more compatible apps & wearables like Apple Health, Garmin, Strava, etc.
• … and more!

How does the switch to the new fitness app work for existing users?

• If your existing fitness app is on the latest version, you will see a pop-up in the app prompting you to switch.
• There also will be a 30-day countdown in the existing app. During this time, you can find out about the upgrade to the new app and carry it out independently at any time.
• After the 30 days, the previous fitness app will be deprecated and can no longer be accessed.
• All of your data will be transferred to the new app during the upgrade process if you follow the steps on the website (click the button below).
• The app will remain free of charge.
• You can make the change independently from the previous app. There is a list of how to do this and what else you should know on the website (click the button below).

How do new users download the new fitness app?

• New members can download the new version of the fitness app directly from the app stores.
• New members need to enter the following personalized code when logging into the new app for the first time to be assigned to our facility: carlislefamilyymca

PLEASE NOTE

If your current app is updated and you are not seeing the popup window or anything under your profile that prompts you to upgrade to the new app, delete the old app and download the new version from the App Store or Google Play Store. When you log into the new app with the same information you used in the current app, all of your information should be there.
