Events: Sep 21Masters Swimming Starts

Masters refers to age, not expertise! All levels are welcome and you don’t need to compete to join. We offer Masters Swimming at both the Carlisle Family YMCA and at the Carlisle YMCA Aquatic Center beginning September 21, 2026.

CARLISLE FAMILY YMCA

Coach Gary Shank will be on deck at the Y Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays from 5:15-6:45am to provide workouts and give you feedback and encouragement. Participants pay monthly to participate. Can’t train the whole month? Walk-ins are welcome; just register and pay the daily walk-in rate online before you head to the pool.

CARLISLE YMCA AQUATIC CENTER

For those who want to train more competitively, we have monthly sessions available at the Carlisle YMCA Aquatic Center located at 103 Midway Drive, Carlisle. Coach Lea Nadler will be on deck at CYAC year-round on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays from 6-7:30am.

PLEASE NOTE: Walk-ins are not available at the Aquatic Center.
