  • lower body weakness
  • vitamin D deficiency
  • some medications
  • vision problems
  • foot pain or improper foot wear

Exercises that improve balance and make your legs stronger, lower your chances of falling. Good examples are:

  • stretching
  • yoga
  • Pilates
  • Tai Chi
  • water activities
