CYAC Event Staff

Looking for a fun, flexible weekend job? Join the team at the Carlisle YMCA Aquatic Center (CYAC) as an Event Staff member! This position is perfect for energetic individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and being part of exciting swim meets, regional sporting events and community activities.

Shifts are available throughout the day on Saturdays and Sundays, typically between 7am and 8pm, offering plenty of opportunities to fit work around your schedule. Event Staff earn $12 per hour and receive a FREE Y membership, giving you access to our Main Branch, CYAC and programs.

No two shifts are exactly the same—you may be welcoming guests at admissions, assisting with parking and traffic flow, supporting event safety operations, helping athletes and spectators, coordinating volunteers or assisting with event setup and breakdown.
