Member Service Representatives

Member Service Representative Requirements:

  • Strong sales and customer service experience
  • Computer and internet skills
  • Enjoy meeting people and a fast-paced work environment
  • Effectively multi-task while working your scheduled shift
  • Work weekends on a rotation

Member Service Representative responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Member service
  • Membership sales
  • Promoting programs
  • Point of contact in facility and/or medical emergencies
  • Attend monthly staff meetings and/or trainings
  • Various other small projects as assigned

Job Type:

  • Part-time – generally 4+ hours (standing) and 2 or 3 days a week with rotating weekend shifts
  • Shift available: 3-8pm & 5:30-10pm

Member Service Representative Pay:

  • Starts at $7.25/hour but can increase every 30 days up to $10/hour based on performance
  • Includes a complimentary individual Y membership
