Party Rental Supervisor
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Party Rental Supervisor to join our team. This part-time role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of our weekend events, from initial setup to final cleanup. The successful candidate will coordinate with various departments, manage event staff and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Supervise the setup and breakdown of party events
- Collaborate with department directors to determine event specifics and staff assignments
- Oversee and manage staff during events to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in good working order
- Address and resolve any customer issues promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be at least 18 years old (prefer 20 or older)
- Availability to work weekends is required
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
- Lifeguarding Certification: Must possess a current lifeguarding certification or able to obtain
EDUCATION
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
