Membership Rates

Youth memberships are for children age 12 and under. A parent or legal guardian must sign all youth membership applications. This membership includes the use of the Functional Fitness Center during youth programming. Those younger than the age of 9 must be accompanied by an adult when using the facility. The guest fee would apply to the adult if not a Carlisle Family YMCA member.

Membership for children ages 13-18. A parent or legal guardian must sign all teen membership applications. This membership includes the use of the Adult Fitness Center, Functional Fitness Center, Racquetball Courts, Indoor Pool and Fitness Classes.

Membership for individual adults age 19 through 29. This membership includes full use of the facility.

Membership for Adults 62 years & older. This membership includes full use of the facility.

Membership for individual adults age 30 through 61. This membership includes full use of the facility.

2 Adults age 19-61 residing at the same address.

2 Adults age 19-61 residing at the same address with their dependents age 26 & under still living at home, at college or in the military.

1 Adult age 19-61 residing at the same address with dependants age 26 & under still at home, at college or in the military.

2 Adults, with one age 62 or over, residing at the same address.

1 An adult age 62 or over residing at the same address with his/her dependents age 26 & under still living at home, at college or in the military.

2 Adults, at least one age 62 or over, residing at the same address with their dependents age 26 & under still living at home, at college or in the military.
