I am passionate about helping individuals build strength, confidence and long-term sustainable results.
With over a decade of strength training experience and a competitive athletic background in rugby, kickboxing and Muay Thai, I understand firsthand what it takes to push physical limits while staying injury free and disciplined. My diverse training background allows me to connect with a wide range of clients from beginners stepping into the gym for the first time to experienced athletes seeking performance improvements.
My coaching philosophy focuses on structured programming, accountability and education. I believe fitness should be sustainable, empowering and tailored to each individual’s goals and lifestyle. Whether the objective is fat loss, muscle gain, athletic performance or simply building healthier habits, I work closely with clients to create a clear plan and measurable progress.
Through consistent support and adaptable coaching strategies, I aim to help members of the Carlisle Family YMCA build strength that carries beyond the gym into everyday life.
