Volunteer Basketball Coaches

Volunteers are needed to coach teams for girls and boys ages 4 to 8th grade in our Rec Youth Basketball League. Practices are one hour and are held once a week during the evening. Games are on Saturdays. Serving as a volunteer coach entails planning and leading practices, coaching games and communicating with parents throughout the season. We provide the resources and guidance to help our coaches get through the season and provide a positive experience for all participants. Basic basketball knowledge and / or previous playing / coaching experience is preferred, but all are not necessarily required.
